Margin Coffee Roasters started with a simple frustration: every bag of coffee we found on the shelf had been roasted weeks — sometimes months — ago. Flavor had already left the building.
So we built our own roast line right here on Santiam Highway. Every batch is small, every roast is intentional, and every bag ships within days of roasting. That’s the Margin difference: coffee that actually tastes like coffee should.

We work directly with trusted farms and cooperatives, selecting only specialty-grade green beans that meet our strict flavor standards.

Roast
Every batch is roasted in small quantities on our drum roaster. We profile each origin individually, pulling development curves until the flavor sings.

Ship
Roasted, rested, and sealed within days. We pack your order with a roast-date stamp so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
